I am very excited to serve as the principal of such a wonderful school.  I feel very blessed to work with such a wonderful staff and wonderful children.

I am a graduate of Jacksonville State University.  I earned a bachelor's degree in early childhood/elementary education.  I also received a master's degree in early childhood, reading specialist, and administration from JSU.  I was a classroom teacher in Calhoun County Schools and Jacksonville City Schools where I taught second, third, fifth, and sixth grade.  I also worked for the Alabama Reading Initiative as a reading coach trainer.  I am the very proud mother of three wonderful children - Allison, David, and Anna Ruth.
